Robel Chemeda Disasa

Ethiopia

Robel was born in Ethiopia and grew up in a loving Christian family.  He went to Bahir Dar University where he studied Mechanical Engineering. He also served in the EvaSUE/IFES (International Fellowship of Evangelical Students) of Ethiopia as Bible study coordinator, prayer coordinator, and then as their chairperson. Robel has a Master’s in Sustainable Energy Engineering from the Swedish Royal Institute of Technology.

Robel is married to Kb.  They have a three-year old son, Fikir (which means Love) and welcomed a new baby daughter, Mercy, in February 2025.
